The subject of my bachelor thesis is assembling real entrepreneurial plan to extend the manufacture, manufacturing and expeditionary area and their use to actual business. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the terms enterprise, company, enterpriser, entrepreneurial plan, juridical form of enterprise, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Practical part consists of the analysis of current situation of the company and the entrepreneurial plan itself. The goal of this bachelor thesis is to actually extend the manufacture and realize the actions connected to it followed by economical evaluation of suggested entrepreneurial plan.

The subject of my bachelor work is processing the entrepreneurial object of the foundation and operation cafe Maruška. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The entrepreneurial plan for Maruška is conducted in the practical part. The aim of this work is basing cafe Maruška in Olomouc.

The diploma thesis focuses on the design of the business plan, which will extend the existing company so that it will be started a new company, while three projects will be addressed in the construction field. The thesis is based on the basic theoretical knowledge, followed by an analysis of the market environment and competition. Finally, the entire procedure is developed for the extension of the legal forms of business, including an economic evaluation.

The choice of the enterprise form from the sight of income tax

Master´s thesis deals with possibility of choice different legal forms of business in the economic environment of Czech republic and choice of the enterprise which is the most suitable from the sight of income tax. I deal with choice of an appropriate type of partnership and comparison of different legal forms, which are based on the analysis of individual types of partnership by important criteria. Especially I focused on the criterion of the tax burden. Besides of the criterion of the tax burden it´s necessary also mention and judge the proper place - seat of an individual/a legal entity which is connected with taxation to the individual country. And take possibility of international tax planning into consideration. The aim of the thesis is to find and choose the most appropriate legal form of the enterprise to the potential entrepreneur.
